Congratulations on emerging Gracious Queen Nigeria, How does this make you feel?
Thank you so much I appreciate your compliment, honestly I feel so excited and brave.
Tell us about yourself?
I’m Unimke Ogar Orim, a native of Otukwang village, in Obudu Local Government in Cross River state, Nigeria. I am 25 years old, a graduate of college of education where I combined biology/ chemistry as my area of discipline under de faculty of science, I am 5 feet tall, my statistics are: 32, 27, 37, my hobbies are singing, dancing and acting.
What were the challenges you faced during contest and how you overcame them?
Wow, it was really tough though but I knew want I wanted so I never wanted those challenges to weigh me down one of it was due to de fact that i wasn’t permitted to stay back from work while camping, so it was really stressful going to work by 7:45 am returning back to camp most times late, still trying to meet up with what has been done in camp during my absence, I was able to meet up with work and camp, even though it was really stressful I didn’t relent effort cause I understood thee sacrifice was for the best.
What would you say stood you out from other contestants?
I really can’t tell but I think being optimistic and focused in whatsoever you do is going to yield good fruits, i gave my time, commitment and effort.
How was the bonding with other contestants?
It was really amazing cause we all were like sisters and I don’t think they was any form of misunderstanding among ourselves, it was really fun with them and they were all very cooperative.



How long have you been in the modeling?
This is my first time contesting in a beauty pageant.
What motivated you to contest for Gracious QUEEN NIGERIA?
Modelling has been my dream since when I was a child, so when I was told about the pageant I felt it was time to actualize my dream, so what motivated was my passion to be a queen and a super model.
How has winning this pageant changed your life?
It has really changed my life positively, carrying myself as a queen and acting just as a queen is a big one for me, like queens are adorable people so I feel adored and respected.
What should we expect from your reign?
A lot cause I’m going to do a lot in my reign, and to make sure my brand is being recognized in every nooks and crannies of the country through pet project and fashion show.
Tell us about the pet projects you have embarked on, if any?
Not yet cause I’m still working on it, would have carry it dis month but because of the fourth coming election so I postponed it.
Has been a beauty queen clashed with your personality?
No, it hasn’t.
Any bad experience since you started modeling?
No I haven’t gotten any bad experience.
How would you rate Nigeria modeling industry so far?
I will say they are the best in their own way. But would rate them 7/10.
What does the sash and crown symbolize to you?
It symbolizes royalty, power, beauty, authority and fame.



If you were not a model, what other career would you have pursed?
Acting, would have gone into the movie industry.
Which brands are looking forward to work with?
Available and open to work with any reputable brand.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
5 years is too much but then since it’s a question I see myself as Miss world.

Any advice to the aspiring models that aspire to wear the crown of Gracious QUEEN NIGERIA?
To those beautiful queens out there aspiring to wear the crown of Gracious Queen Nigeria, I will like to say you must accept that you are a queen cause that is when your going to start working towards that goal, do not give up on yourself, be optimistic at all cost, let go your fears, set good standards for yourself and always believe in yourself above all be a humble soul.
