Tell us about yourself?

I am Rosemary Collins No Makeup Queen culture 2022 2nd runner up from Imo state, Mbano precisely,19 years old and a jambite wishing to be a graduate someday. I am also a professional make-up artist.

What was the first thought that came to your mind when you were announced?

When they announced my contestant country, I was surprised and I slowed down to be sure it was me. I was on top of the world.

What would you say stood you out from other contestants?

First, every girl is unique and should never be afraid to showcase her own best assets. For me , I am not the prettiest or has the perfect body but I am ME  .My determination and positive attitude had got the best for me.

How long have you been in the modeling?

I just started modeling this year.

What your biggest challenge in modeling?

Modeling is demanding 

What motivated you in contesting in this pageant?

Building self confidence and the opportunities in pageantry. 

How do you intend to use this your new office to make impact in the society?

I will use my new office to make impact in the society by empowering girls with low confidence to strive for their dreams, advocating for the girl child and disability right for disabled girls through the provision of entrepreneur skills for them. 

I am looking forward to work with international brands, telecommunication brand and Dangote group of company.

I appreciate the vision of NMC to provide quality for all contestants, 

How has winning this pageant changed your life?

Winning this pageant has opened a new chapter of life, reviving the different aspects of both the glamour industry and social services. 

Any bad experience since you started modeling?

None yet 

Who is your role model?

My mother is my number one model, she inspire and motivate me to grow without fear even in the most uncertain situation. She has taught me that hard times can be conquered and that losing battles can be won.

If you were not a model, what other career would you have pursed?

Stylist, I am also looking forward of establishing a beauty salon by God’s grace

How do you relax?

I relax by listening to music in a quite place. 

Which brands are looking forward to work with?

The brands am looking forward to work with are international brands, no makeup challenge brand, globalcom brand and Dangote group brand. 

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

I see myself in the next 5 years in Canada as a certified and renowned lawyer and also a role model to girls with less confidence. 

Lastly, any message to the aspiring girls that want to participate in the No Makeup Challenge pageant? 

My message to them is never to look down on their selves and the courage to conquer their fears
