US President-elect, Joe Biden has appointed Nigerian-born attorney, Adewale ‘Wally’ Adeyemo, as Deputy Treasury Secretary. Adeyemo will serve under former Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen, who Biden plans to appoint to lead the US Treasury Department.
